4. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password.

You are not yet a Q-railing customer? No problem, we can still set up an online account for you. However, this may take a little longer. Fill in all the fields on the registration page and we will process your request as quickly as possible. We usually process requests on working days on the same day. If you send us your request after business hours or at the weekend, we will process it the next business day.

The exact delivery times and shipping options (parcel service or carrier) depend on the delivery destination as well as the length, weight and shape of the packed order. Long goods such as base channels, 5-metre-long handrails or cap rails are shipped exclusively via freight forwarding. For smaller orders, however, we use a parcel service. The delivery costs are calculated based on the specified delivery address.

In the online shop, we accept electronic payments via your house bank (in cooperation with Adyen) as well as credit cards. Regular customers also have the option of ordering on account.
