Returns are accepted up to 30 days from the date of purchase. Prior to returning material, the customer must obtain an RMA#. All material must be received in the original packaging, undamaged, and according to the packing unit qty. for each item being returned. A restocking fee of 15% applies to all returns.  The original shipping charges are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for shipping costs back to Q-railing. Once an RMA# is obtained, the authorized material is to be shipped back to the address listed on the header of this document.
