If you receive incorrect or damaged goods, please contact our Sales Admin team within 2 working days of receipt. For damaged goods, ensure that the delivery proof is signed as “Received Damaged.” We will arrange for the collection and replacement of these goods at no additional cost to you.
You may return goods delivered within the last 90 days, provided they are in their original, undamaged packaging and full boxed quantity. Please include documentation with your return, including the Q-railing order number or invoice number. Q-Railing will not accept any responsibility for the condition of goods returned by customers using their own carriers / transportation and our policy of accepting full pack sizes in original undamaged packaging also applies.

If you request that Q-railing collects unwanted goods. Any collection arranged by Q-railing will incur a charge.
Returns for goods held for more than 90 days are subject to the discretion of the Warehouse Manager.
The UK Catalogue – Program 2023 lists all currently stocked items. Items from previous catalogues may be discontinued or exclusive to European branches, and due to Brexit and tariffs, we are unable to process returns of these items to our German Head Office. No credits will be issued for inactive UK stock items.
Modified items and discontinued products are not eligible for return.
A re-handling charge of 20% of the net value of the returned goods will apply. If order or invoice details are missing, a higher re-handling charge of up to 30% may be applied due to additional processing requirements.
