The exact delivery times and shipping options (parcel service or carrier) depend on the delivery destination as well as the length, weight and shape of the packed order. Long goods such as base shoes, 5-metre-long handrails or cap rails are shipped exclusively via freight forwarding. For smaller orders, however, we use a parcel service. The delivery costs are calculated based on the specified delivery address.

In the online shop, we accept electronic payments via your house bank (in cooperation with Adyen) as well as credit cards. Regular customers also have the option of ordering on account.

If you have forgotten your password or would like to reset it, simply follow these steps:

1. Visit the login page of our online shop.
2. Click on the "Forgot password" option.
3. Enter the email address associated with your Q-railing account and click "Submit".
4. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password.
5. Click on the link and follow the instructions to set a new password.
6. Once you have set a new password, you can log in to your account with your updated credentials.

You are not yet a Q-railing customer? No problem, we can still set up an online account for you. However, this may take a little longer. Fill in all the fields on the registration page and we will process your request as quickly as possible. We usually process requests on working days on the same day. If you send us your request after business hours or at the weekend, we will process it the next business day.

To see the prices in our online shop, you need a customer account. You can simply log in with your access data or register to create a customer account with us.
