Returns are accepted within the following timeframes from the date of purchase:

• 0-30 days: No restocking fee.
• 31-60 days: Requires prior approval from the administrative manager and a 15% restocking fee applies.
• 61-90 days: Requires prior approval from the administrative manager and a 20% restocking fee applies.

No returns will be accepted after 90 days.

Prior to returning material, the customer must obtain an RMA#. All material must be received in the original packaging, undamaged, and according to the packing unit quantity for each item being returned.

Please note that we do not accept returns on Tools, Q-glue, & Cleaners.

The original shipping charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for shipping costs back to Q-railing. Once an RMA# is obtained, the authorized material is to be shipped back to the address listed on the header of this document.

Custom items/kits are not eligible for return or refund. Custom items/kits consist of, but are not limited to- cutting, pre-fabrication, powder coating, bending, and glass.
